Mar. 30th, 2009 06:57 pmI don't know why I do this. I can't say no to myself, or something like that. As a result, I'm uber stressed, way over busy, etc, etc. I also am newly single, which is kinda sad, but it ended well. We just wanted different things, and sat down, talked it out, and are friends. Seeing him this weekend stabbed a bit, but we interacted just find, with no drama. At least not yet.
Things are going strangely well, despite my stress. If we pull it off, 36 Degrees of Separation should go quite well. I'm a little worried about some of the castings, especially as we haven't yet received a questionnaire (and the guy never showed up for my game at Intercon), but we did the best with what we had. (Hopefully characters will go out really soon, I need to talk to my co-writer again. I want them out by tomorrow, but like we said, we're still waiting on one person). Also dealing with FestEvil, housing's pretty much done, and I'm so not worried about GM Space.
Then, on top of that, I might get an assistantship for grad school after all--apparently my application is strong and I seem like a really good match. Best of all, it would specifically be a linguistic anthropology assistantship, which is what I really want to do. Apparently they're figuring out everything, including financial age today...and I should be hearing by tomorrow at 4. About everything. Considering I got a call from the linguistic anthropologist on the admissions board, I'm not worried about getting in...not really. I just still have this little voice in the back of my head singsonging "You're not gonna get in, you're not gonna get in..."
Now if I can just figure out my costuming for festevil...
Well, whatever happens, after this coming weekend, most of my stress will be gone Thank God.
...actually, I just reallized, we're still missing two questionnaires for 36 Degrees. Out of 12. >.
